? Location: Uttar Pradesh Campus
? Experience: 2–5 Years
? Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-academic positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Roll out offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
