UBS Asset Management Data Services team is responsible for providing timely, accurate and complete Security Reference & Price Data, Analytics, Index and Benchmark data to the UBS Asset Management Division – in line with defined requirements.

Sitting at the intersection of the Business and Technology teams,



AM Security Reference & Price Data team is part of the Asset Management COO function and has a mandate to govern and commercialize data through cutting-edge technology and services.

Team provides 24*6 coverage to ensure uninterrupted support and assistance to the Asset Management Division. Team members are in Chicago, Krakow, Zurich, Singapore, and Pune.

Your expertise

You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
BAU oversight and delivery across teams, ensuring operational stability.
Drive process improvements.
Act as point of escalations for data and process issues with stakeholders.
Track and report risks, including NFRI and KPIs.
Lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with IT, data providers and global stakeholders for data solutions.
