Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect for a full time, on-site position at our Bengaluru office. In this role you will,

Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, oversee project planning, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Lead your team on medium to large-scale projects, managing design, timelines, budgets, and quality.




Develop architectural plans, 3D visuals, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability standards, and project goals.

Qualifications and what we look for
8+ years of experience and proven track record of handling mid to large scale projects in commercial/healthcare/residential/institutional/hospitality (as applicable).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
Professional licensure as an architect
Proven expertise in Architectural Design and general design principles to create functional and inspiring spaces
Deep understanding of technical aspects. standards and principles.
Proficiency in software tools related to architectural design
Knowledge of BIM is desired but not mandatory
Strong Project Management skills,
