How you'll make an impact
Associate Lead Software Engineer is responsible for the:
Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom applications on the .NET platform
Researching emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, and making recommendations
Collaborating with team members and project owners to develop the required custom applications
The candidate must have a firm understanding of the importance of information security and ensure that Gallagher’s data is protected in accordance with IT Policy and organizational priorities.
About you
Design, develop, and test custom applications on the .NET Core and .NET Framework
Code and test application integrations
Work collaboratively with team members and project owners to execute development plans effectively
Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
Create proper documentation of designs and code
Comply with AJG IT Policies and Procedures and Skilled Standards
Skills:
4+ years on the .NET Framework
2+ years on the .Net Core
3+ years of C# programming experience
Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC development
Strong experience in full stack development (frontend and backend)
Strong experience in front end frameworks (Angular, ReactJS)
Strong experiencing JavaScript/Frameworks (jQuery), CSS3/Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5
Strong experience with SQL Server development (stored pro
