Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves field sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and converting potential prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to travel for field visits.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners. Build relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Maintain a healthy daily lead pipeline.
2. Customer Qualification Understand customer electricity consumption and energy requirements. Assess customer suitability for rooftop solar solutions. Coordinate and schedule site surveys where required.
3. Sales Presentation Explain the benefits of solar energy,



return on investment (ROI), energy savings, government subsidies (if applicable), and system performance. Present suitable solar system recommendations and proposals. Address customer queries and resolve objections effectively.
4. Quotation & Proposal Management Prepare and share quotations in a timely manner. Follow up with customers on quotations until a decision is reached. Negotiate pricing within approved company guidelines.
5. Order Closure Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales orders. Collect booking amounts and required customer documents. Ensure customer agreements are completed and signed.
6. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers. Keep customers informed throughout the sales and installation process. Develop long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
