Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Hair Trainer role located in Hyderabad. The Hair Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for aspiring hairstylists, creating course materials, and ensuring that students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Additional responsibilities include evaluating trainees' progress, providing mentorship,



and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in the hair and beauty industry.
Qualifications

Proficient in hairstyling techniques, haircutting, coloring, and treatments
Experience in creating and delivering training materials and course curriculums
Strong communication, teaching, and mentorship skills
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hair care and styling
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in a fast-paced training environment
Relevant certifications or qualifications in hairdressing or cosmetology
Previous experience as a hairstylist or hair educator is an advantage
