Position Summary:

Role: SDET II

As a SDET II (Software Development Engineer in Test) at Deloitte Consulting, you will support the delivery of performance testing solutions that help clients improve application stability, scalability, and user experience. You will analyze nonfunctional requirements, design and execute performance tests, document findings,



and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that affect quality. This role offers the prospect to contribute across the software development lifecycle while supporting continuous improvement, innovation, and strong delivery outcomes.

Work you'll do

As an SDET II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:

Analyze nonfunctional requirements and translate them into performance test scenarios, cases, scripts, and traceability documentation.
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad in alignment with client and industry standards.
Execute performance tests, provision required test data, log and triage defects, and document results through completion and sign-off.
Analyze test outcomes using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, and Splunk to identify bottlenecks, determine root causes, and recommend improvements.
