About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong business analysis, functional consulting, and stakeholder management skills, along with exposure to AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on Generative AI, intelligent automation, conversational AI, and analytics-driven solutions, while building a strong foundation for future growth into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities





Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document detailed functional requirements.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and change requests.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clarity and successful delivery of business requirements.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-powered automation and digital solutions.
Support the implementation of AI, Generative AI, and analytics solutions across enterprise applications.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triaging, and business readiness activities.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
