About the Role:




We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join Snapmint's Retention & Growth team and support data-driven decision-making across CRM campaigns, retention analytics, and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on, executionfocused role where you'll work with production-scale datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
• Write and optimize SQL queries (ClickHouse) to build cohort, retention, and campaign performance datasets
• Use Python for data cleaning, analysis automation, and building reusable analytical scripts
• Support CRM campaign analysis in WebEngage — segment definitions, journey performance, A/B
test readouts
• Build and maintain dashboards in Redash for stakeholder reporting
• Assist in identifying churn drivers and retention levers through exploratory data analysis
• Document findings and recommendations in Notion
• Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and marketing ops teams to pull and validate data
