Role Description The Human Resources Executive at Propenu will oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves maintaining HR records, implementing HR policies, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards.



The role includes managing employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, supporting performance management processes, and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
