Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Skills:
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Secure methodologies
Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Proven ability to coach teams, remove blockers, and improve Agile maturity




Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Preferred:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification
Experience managing distributed/global Agile teams
Background in software development or project management
