About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with hands-on experience in editing documentaries, political campaigns, election content, interviews, speeches, or similar storytelling formats.



The ideal candidate should understand narrative-driven editing and be capable of transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that engage audiences across digital and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit documentaries, political campaign films, interviews, speeches, and short-form storytelling videos.
Develop compelling narratives through pacing, sequencing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
Synchronize footage with music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
Perform basic color correction, grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics integration.
Collaborate closely with directors, content strategists, and cinematographers to achieve the desired creative vision.
Edit content for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and television.
Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.
Organize footage, maintain project files, and ensure proper backup of assets.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of skilled experience editing documentaries, political films, election
