About the Role
Vatech India Pvt. Ltd. (VIN), the Indian subsidiary of Vatech Co., Ltd. — a leading global manufacturer of dental imaging equipment — is looking for a Tender & GeM Bid Executive to build and manage our government tender business. You will own the end-to-end tender workflow: from identifying opportunities on the GeM portal and offline channels, to preparing compliant bid documentation, to coordinating dealer-routed submissions across India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Documentation & Bid Preparation
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation: technical bids, financial bids, compliance certificates, Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), EMD/bid security, and eligibility documents
- Review tender notices to assess eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms; flag gaps and risks before bid submission
- Maintain a master tender calendar covering all live and upcoming opportunities, with zero missed deadlines

GeM Portal Operations
- Manage VIN's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) registration, vendor assessment, product catalog listings, pricing, and compliance updates
- Search and monitor the GeM portal daily to identify relevant bids for dental imaging equipment and allied products
- Prepare and submit GeM bids within deadlines; track bid status, participate in clarifications, and manage post-award formalities
3. Offline Tender Coordination via Dealer Network
- Track offline tenders published nationwide (state health departments, medical colleges, public hospitals, defense, railways, ESIC/CGHS institutions)
- Support the assignment of appropriate dealers for each tender in coordination with the sales team
- Provide dealers with complete documentation support — MAF, technical datasheets, compliance certificates, and approved pricing — and follow up through submission and award
