We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in BIM workflows, architectural modeling, and project coordination while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare BIM models from CAD drawings, sketches, PDFs, and design documents.
Produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve model clashes through BIM coordination.
Maintain project standards, naming conventions, templates, and BIM execution guidelines.
Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
