Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3.5– 5 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, ETL processes, and data modeling, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.




Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Business Intelligence solutions.
Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.
Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.
Build and maintain robust ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
Design and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and other Power BI security models.
Create reusable datasets, dataflows, and reporting standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SSIS packages and Power BI refresh schedules.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in report deployment, testing, documentation, and production support.
