Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Training, or CAD/BIM/3D Design Software.




Freshers with solid SketchUp proficiency and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Requirements
Onboard new SketchUp customers and ensure successful software adoption.
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training for customers and partners.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for SketchUp workflows and related solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams.
Monitor customer usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively drive product utilization.
Promote subscription renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional SketchUp solutions where appropriate.
Collect customer feedback and communicate product enhancement suggestions to internal teams.
