Job Summary
Aaxis Nano Technologies is looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for Instrumentation, Environmental Monitoring, Automation, Electrical & EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase and PO processing through ERP.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
Procure instruments, analyzers, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, control panels, cables, and electrical components.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams.
Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and ISO/audit compliance.
Develop vendors and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain.
Experience in Instrumentation, Automation, Environmental Monitoring, Electrical, or EPC preferred.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Tally.
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
