What You'll Do
Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from outreach to closure
Engage and convert organic leads (college students & working professionals)
Explain course offerings and guide students in selecting suitable programs
Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Who You Are
Fluent in Tamil and English - confident communicator on calls
Self-starter with strong closing skills and deal instincts
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments; adaptable to change
