The Role
You'll own every dollar of marketing spend and the results it drives. From setting up the analytics and conversion tracking, to reading the data, to optimizing campaigns for cost-per-qualified-lead — you own the number end-to-end. You'll also work the CRM: understanding it, integrating its data back into campaigns, and closing the loop between ad spend and closed deals. This is a hands-on-keyboard leadership role — you build it, measure it, and improve it.
What You'll Do
Own strategy, execution and optimization of all Meta and Google campaigns across global real estate markets
Own every dollar of ad spend with full CAC / CPL / CPQL accountability
Set up and own the analytics stack — build tracking, then analyze and act on the data
Integrate CRM data into marketing campaigns and close the loop on offline conversions
Run structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and bidding — kill losers fast, scale winners




Report on the metrics that matter and continuously improve campaign performance
Partner with tech, designers and content team on landing-page, creative and content conversion
Set up dashboards and report on CPC, CTR, CPL, CPQL, site-visit rate and CAC
Must-Haves
5+ years in performance marketing experience in real estate, most preferably global real estate
Proven experience owning and optimizing high-budget performance campaigns — with hands-on ownership of both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (not just agency oversight)
Must have an analytical mind and ability to interpret data and take data-driven decisions
Strong command of SEO, AEO and GEO
Track record managing large monthly ad budgets with explicit CAC/CPL accountability and demonstrable results moving CPL, ROAS or CAC in the right direction
Strong command of analytics: GA4, GTM, pixel/CAPI setup, conversion tracking and attribution, Looker Studio — you build it, not just read it
Comfortable in spreadsheets and funne
