Role Description The Guest Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sawantwadi. The position is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing reception area activities, and ensuring a positive experience for guests and clients. Daily tasks include handling inquiries in person and over the phone, coordinating appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate team members. The Guest Relations Officer will also support basic administrative duties, assist with meeting room preparations, and help resolve guest issues promptly and courteously.



Collaboration with internal teams to improve guest experience and uphold company standards of service is an important part of this role.
Qualifications

Strong guest relations and customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and internal teams.
Experience with receptionist duties, including managing calls, visitor check-ins, and appointment scheduling.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns.
Basic computer skills, including use of email, calendars, and office software.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
