INSTITUTIONAL EQUITY SALES - AVP
Key Responsibilities include
Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, both Domestic and FIIs
Place capital market products provided by the investment banking team with institutional clients
Maintain regular client engagement through calls, meetings and research & market updates
Understand client investment strategies and provide tailored investment solutions
Achieve the targets set
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Maintain accurate CRM records, client activity reports and sales MIS
Contribute to increasing market share, client wallet shares and overall institutional business growth
Relevant Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Graduate/MBA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred




Strong Experience in institutional sales with a strong track record of client management and revenue generation
Minimum experience of 5 years in Institutional Sales
Proven track record of handling large institutional accounts and achieving revenue targets
Solid understanding of equity capital markets and investment products
Strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to build and lead high performing teams in a dynamic, competitive environment .
