Role Purpose




The Practice Lead will head the client-facing and implementation side of LeaderNovo’s assessment practice.
The person will be responsible for taking assessment products into real organisational settings, leading pilots, facilitating practitioner-certification programmes, supporting clients in interpretation and application, and guiding the internal psychology team.
This is not primarily a test-development or academic-research position. It is an applied role requiring a strong combination of assessment knowledge, client handling, facilitation, consulting and implementation capability.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Consulting and Solutioning
Understand client requirements relating to hiring, promotion, leadership development, role fit, coaching, succession and talent development.
Help clients select appropriate assessments and define suitable assessment processes.
Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, proposals and solution presentations.
