Role Description The International Business Development role is a full time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on oil, gas, and petrochemical clients across the Middle East, US, and Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends,



generating and qualifying leads, and supporting end-to-end sales cycles. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, and participating in negotiations. The individual will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports to leadership, and collaborate with global offices to align business development strategies.

Qualifications
Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business, with experience in global industrial or energy markets.
Proficiency in Market Research, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and identification of emerging opportunities.
