The Role

LOXIM is expanding its pharmaceutical business and is looking for a energetic sales and business development professional to drive the growth of our API, pharmaceutical intermediates, and CMO/CDMO business across assigned domestic and international markets.

The Manager – Sales & Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding the company's market presence, and achieving sustainable revenue growth. The role involves managing the complete business development lifecycle—from lead generation and product positioning to commercial negotiations and account management—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

Working closely with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams, the incumbent will help strengthen LOXIM's position as a trusted global pharmaceutical manufacturing partner.
