*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct career guidance webinars for parents & students.
* Counsel parents through calls, WhatsApp, and online/offline meetings.
* Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
* Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication & presentation skills.
* Experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales preferred.
* Confident in conducting webinars and one-to-one counselling sessions.
* Target-oriented with a passion for education.
