We're looking for a Fashion Stylist who has an exceptional eye for trends, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously elevate the quality of Oyela's product catalogue, ensuring every shoot reflects the latest fashion trends and inspires customers to shop.
You'll work closely with the creative, merchandising, and production teams to create high-converting catalogue imagery that is both aspirational and commercially effective.
What You'll Do
Own the styling direction for all catalogue shoots across apparel categories.
Continuously improve the overall look, feel, and consistency of the website catalogue.
Curate complete digital looks using garments, accessories, footwear, and props.
Research global and Indian fashion trends and translate them into catalogue styling.
Develop styling mood boards and shot references before every shoot.
Audit catalogue quality regularly and identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising and conversion.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience as a Fashion Stylist, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
Strong portfolio showcasing catalogue, editorial, or commercial styling work.
Excellent understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, and styling techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple weekly shoots.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You
Have worked with fast-fashion brands.
Understand what drives product clicks and conversions in e-commerce.
Have experience with Pinterest, Instagram, and international fashion references for trend research.
