About the role

The Territory Manager – Quarries & Construction (Q&C;) is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of blasting solutions and services to customers across assigned territories in India. This role drives operational excellence, contract execution, and customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities within the Q&C; segment. The Territory Manager will lead site teams, manage assets, and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to support Orica’s strategic objectives in India.





What you will be doing

Lead Safe, Reliable and Effective Operations
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SHES standards, statutory requirements, and operational procedures across your territory.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable blasting solutions that support customer and business objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, including DIFOT and tonnage delivery, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular operational reviews to ensure sites are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed performance expectations.
• Oversee the effective management, utilization, security, and lifecycle planning of operational assets.
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams, building capability and supporting succession planning to ensure long-term business success.
