Job Title: Engineering and Non- IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including:
Data Center Technicians
Field Technicians
Safety/Construction Managers (OSHA-related roles)
Legal Assistants and Paralegals
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Screen resumes
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination
Required Skills:
Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical (non-IT) and legal roles
Familiarity with job portals like Monster, LinkedIn
Positive understanding of construction, safety (OSHA), and legal roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
