The company specializes in high-quality Charge Controllers (PWM & MPPT), Hybrid Inverters, and customized power solutions for the renewable energy industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of Charge Controllers and Hybrid Inverters across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing OEM partnerships, expanding channel networks, generating new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving sales targets within the solar and renewable energy sector.

This role requires extensive travel and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Charge Controllers (PWM & MPPT) and Hybrid Inverters across assigned territories.
Develop business with OEMs,



distributors, EPC companies, system integrators, dealers, and end customers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the solar and renewable energy market.
Build and expand OEM partnerships for standard and customized product solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and customer support teams for timely project execution.
Participate in trade
