Role Overview
We're building the future of talent intelligence - and we need a Full Stack Developer who's hungry to ship, not just code. You'll work across the entire stack, collaborate with a small high ownership team, and use AI tools as a force multiplier in everything you do. If you've worked in a product company and love the feeling of seeing your code, make a real difference - this one's for you.
What You'll Do
• Build and ship features across frontend and backend - owning them end to end
• Write clean, scalable APIs and backend logic in Node.js and Python
• Build fast, responsive UIs using React / Next.js
• Integrate third-party services, APIs,
and AI-powered workflows into the product
• Work with PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Copilot, etc.) actively in your daily workflow - for faster debugging, smarter code reviews, and rapid feature building
• Collaborate with product and design to turn wireframes into live features - fast
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
Tech Stack You'll Work On
• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python
• Database: PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB / Redis (valuable to have)
• Cloud: Azure
• Version Control: Bitbucket / Git
• AI Dev Tools: Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex - or whatever makes you 10x faster
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on full stack experience - you've shipped things people actually use
• Strong with Python, Node.js, and React - not just familiar, but fluent
• You actively use AI tools in your dev workflow - not as
