we are looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring safe and efficient transport services.
Key Responsibility
Manage end to end transportation operations and fleet activities.
Ensure timely and productive employee transportation while maintaining service quality.
Coordinate with transport vendors and monitor SLA.
Plan routes and optimize vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency.
Mentor vehicle maintenance, documentation, insurance, and statutory compliance.
Handle transportation related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Lead and mentor the transport team to achieve operational excellence.
