We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
Design social media creatives using Canva while ensuring brand consistency.
Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns,



including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Monitor analytics, prepare performance insights, and optimize content strategies.
Engage with online communities through comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Requirements
6 Months – 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Proficiency in Canva for creating professional social media creatives.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe Creative Cloud tools is an added advantage.
