About the Company
We are establishing a large-scale plastic recycling facility in India and are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a reliable, long-term supply chain for plastic waste feedstock across the country.

About the Role
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing plastic waste from aggregators, MRFs, municipal corporations, waste management companies, PROs, scrap dealers, industrial generators, and FMCG companies.

Responsibilities
Develop a nationwide plastic waste sourcing strategy.
Build and manage relationships with aggregators, MRFs, municipal corporations, PROs, and waste management companies.
Identify reliable suppliers of HDPE, PP, LDPE, and rigid plastic waste.
Secure long-term supply agreements.
Evaluate feedstock quality, pricing, contamination, and logistics.
Develop procurement and logistics strategies to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials.
Identify new sourcing opportunities across India.
Assist with supplier onboarding, audits, and performance management.
Support EPR-linked sourcing opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications




8–15+ years of experience in plastic waste sourcing, recycling, or waste management.
Existing network of aggregators, MRF operators, municipal bodies, waste processors, and scrap suppliers across India.
Robust understanding of plastic waste collection, segregation, logistics, and pricing.
Experience negotiating commercial supply agreements.
Knowledge of EPR ecosystem, PROs, and plastic recycling supply chains.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
