About The Role
Plum is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing
engineering teams building large-scale, distributed platforms that power our
Insurance and Healthcare products. You will own the technical vision and
execution for your organization, partnering closely with Product and Business
leaders to define the roadmap and deliver solutions that create meaningful
customer and business impact.
You will build and mentor exceptional engineering
teams, foster a culture of ownership and engineering excellence, make sound
architectural and technology decisions, and ensure our systems are scalable,
resilient, secure, and built to support rapid business growth.
AI-driven engineering is fundamental to how we build at Plum. As an engineering
leader, you are expected to leverage AI across the entire software development
lifecycle—from product discovery and technical design to implementation,
testing, code reviews, documentation, and operations—to significantly improve
engineering velocity and quality. Beyond using AI for developer productivity,
you will help shape how AI influences product development by enabling faster
experimentation, better decision-making, and more intelligent engineering
