Overview

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will own and scale our global performance marketing function, driving profitable user acquisition across international markets. You will define the performance marketing strategy, optimize marketing efficiency, and build a high-performing team that delivers sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and deep execution expertise.

What You Will Work On

Building and scaling performance marketing across multiple international markets.
Driving profitable customer acquisition while continuously improving ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
Scaling existing channels while identifying and unlocking new acquisition opportunities.
Creating data-driven experimentation frameworks to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
Developing repeatable performance marketing playbooks for market launches and expansion.

What You'll Own

End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and other high-impact channels.
Performance marketing P&L;,



with accountability for acquisition efficiency, contribution margin, payback, and long-term profitability.
Budget planning, forecasting, attribution analysis, and channel performance optimisation.
Scaling existing channels while expanding into influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, programmatic, OEM partnerships, and emerging acquisition channels.
Hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing performance marketing team.
Establishing a solid culture of experimentation, analytics, automation, and execution.
Partnering closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Growth teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and business impact.

What We Are Looking For

7-9 years of experience in performance marketing for consumer internet or mobile app businesses.
Deep hands-on expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of mobile app acquisition.
