We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative development and execution of high-impact visual communication initiatives across the organization. This role requires a robust combination of creative expertise, strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business objectives into compelling visual experiences while maintaining consistency across brand, marketing, executive communications, digital assets, and other creative touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver polished, engaging, and brand-aligned creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and creative execution of major initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, executive presentations, internal communications, and customer-facing materials.




Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions.
Develop high-quality designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Communications, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual narratives.
Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identity systems, visual guidelines, templates, and scalable creative asset libraries.
Take ownership of complex and high-priority design projects from concept development through final delivery.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, presentations, marketing collateral, digital assets, and other visual communication materials.
Ensure all creative deliverables maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, usability, and brand alignment.
