Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with strong capabilities in eLearning development,



blended learning design, and learning technologies. The role involves translating complex business and technical requirements from large-scale, project-based Advisory engagements into engaging, scalable, and deployable learning solutions. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with hands-on experience in eLearning development tools, LMS and LXP platforms, and modern learning technologies.
Responsibilities
AnalysisPartner with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and capability gaps across project-based engagements.
Translate complex technical and business into learner-friendly instructional solutions.
Support learning needs analysis and define measurable, business-aligned learning outcomes.
Recommend appropriate learning formats including eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, simulations, and blended learning journey.
