Experience Required
Qualified CA: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, GST/VAT, TDS, Withholding Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax returns in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations, provisions, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Review TDS returns to identify short deductions, excess deductions, and ensure compliance with applicable tax rates.
Monitor changes in local tax laws and regulations and implement necessary compliance measures in coordination with accounting partners and internal finance teams.
Compute tax exposures, identify the underlying causes, and prepare presentations and supporting documents for discussions with tax authorities.
Monitor monthly tax liabilities and ensure tax payments are accurately reconciled with the books of accounts.
Handle tax assessments,



audits, notices, and inquiries from tax authorities by preparing responses and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with external tax consultants, statutory auditors, and legal advisors on tax-related matters and litigation support.
Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready tax documentation to support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Collaborate with regional/global tax and finance teams to ensure compliance with group tax policies and reporting standards.
Support transfer pricing documentation and review intercompany transactions from a tax compliance perspective.
Provide tax-related guidance for recent business initiatives, commercial contracts, and cross-functional projects.
Strengthen internal controls and governance processes related to tax compliance and reporting.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within the tax function.
