The Role: Operations Executive →
As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that support the delivery of our coaching programs and client engagement processes. This role requires someone who can manage systems, optimize backend workflows, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and ensure service excellence is maintained across departments.
You will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, driving execution, and solving bottlenecks that affect team productivity or client experience.
Location: The position is in our Saket Recent Delhi office and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.
Hours: This is a full-time in-Office position.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?





1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational role, such as customer success, project coordination, or administrative support, with a strong track record of meeting individual and/or team goals.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and implement initiatives that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Be a Builder and Executor. To be able to build things from scratch and execute with lightning speed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, Trello/Asana, Notion, etc. is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute with minimal supervision.
Bias toward structured systems, accountability, and clear documentation.
