SHOR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media content, short-form video trends, storytelling, and editing styles suited for brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and eCommerce categories.

Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, ads, and other digital platforms
Create high-quality social media content aligned with brand aesthetics and campaign objectives
Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to execute content calendars and campaigns
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and effects where required
Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve editing speed, efficiency, subtitles, clipping, color correction, audio enhancement, and content repurposing
Explore and implement new AI tools for faster content creation and performance-driven creatives
Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining quality and consistency
Manage raw footage, organize project files,



and maintain editing workflows
Stay updated with current editing trends, viral formats, music trends, platform best practices, and AI-driven editing innovations
Coordinate with videographers, creators, and the strategy team during shoots and post-production

Requirements
2-5 years of experience in video editing for brands, agencies, or creators
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Familiarity with AI editing tools such as CapCut AI, Adobe AI features, Runway, Descript, Opus Clip, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance-driven content
Good sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, music, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color correction is preferred
