Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Specialist who can independently drive new business, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into impactful marketing strategies while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through research, networking, outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sales channels.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Develop strategies to consistently generate high-quality leads.
Consultative Selling
Understand client business challenges, marketing goals, and digital requirements.
Recommend customized digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Build trust with prospects through value-driven conversations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
