Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madgaon. This role is responsible for managing and growing the organization’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and publishing content aligned with political campaigns and organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring online conversations,



and responding to comments and messages in a timely and qualified manner. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaboration with internal teams to coordinate messaging, support communication initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels is a key part of this role.
