Key Responsibilities
Design,



develop, and maintain Java-based microservices supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.
Build secure authentication, authorization, entitlement, and customer access platforms.
Develop scalable REST APIs and event-driven services.
Deliver high-quality software using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
Work closely with product owners, architects, and security teams.
Leverage AI engineering tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
Backend Engineering
7+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in:
Java 17+/21
RESTful API design
Microservices & Architecture
Proven experience building:
