Key Responsibilitie
sDrive sales closures for both Primary (Developer Projects) and Secondary (Resale Properties) across Pune
.Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, company CRM, walk-ins, references, and channel partners




.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties based on budget and preferences
.Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and successfully close transactions
.Build and maintain robust relationships with developers, property owners, investors, brokers, and channel partners
.Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and local market connections
.Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
.Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Home Loan, Operations, Documentation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth closures
.Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking in CRM
.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, inventory movement, and pricing strategies within Pune
.Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review
