JOB DESCRIPTION: STOREKEEPER/INWARD RECEIVING EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Thane
Locally available candidates with early joining preferred, must be willing to work at the location mentioned. Preference will be given to candidates working in the food/beverage/perishable goods industry.

Duties And Responsibilities
Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
Comprehensive inspection of all incoming goods. Assuring no damaged items are sent or received.
Conducting comprehensive raw material quality check and thereafter getting the signoff from the QA team in order to issue the materials.
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
Packaging products/raw materials for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness & hygiene of the stores area including the cold room, as per food safety standard requirements, and ensuring that all equipment,



crates/pallets are well maintained, in hygienic condition.
Follow all food safety & hygiene SOPs for the stores – staff uniforms, hygiene, cleanliness of area and items stored in the area on pallets. Continuous training of workers to follow all hygiene and hand washing procedures
Issuance of raw materials to the production based on the production plan, after the exact approved quantities are informed by the management to issue. Also, take back extra raw materials that have not been used by the production team, weigh and add to the stock in hand.
Real time filling of data regarding stock receiving, issuing, quality check records, and communicating the exact stock in hand whenever required by the Purchase team, for accurate procurement purposes.
