Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
Build monthly and quarterly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Define content pillars, campaign themes, and storytelling frameworks that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.




Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, video editors, and performance marketers to create high-performing content.
Provide creative direction and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
Understand content hooks, audience psychology, messaging, and storytelling to guide the content team effectively.
Stay updated with platform trends, creator-led content, AI innovations, and new formats to proactively bring fresh ideas and experiments.
Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to continuously optimize content strategies.
Present strategies, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Mentor and support junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction.
