Role Description The Line Producer will oversee the day-to-day management of animation and VFX projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and resources are aligned with production goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves coordinating between creative, technical, and administrative teams, tracking project milestones, and resolving production issues to keep work on time and within budget. The Line Producer will prepare and maintain production reports,



manage vendor relationships, and support hiring and allocation of artists and technicians as needed. The role includes monitoring workflow efficiency, enforcing pipeline and quality standards, and communicating updates and risks to senior management. The Line Producer will contribute to process improvements and help maintain a productive, cooperative studio environment.
Qualifications
Strong production management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning for animation or VFX projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (artists, technicians, vendors) and managing day-to-day studio operations.
Proficiency with production tracking tools, spreadsheets, and project management software commonly used in animation/VFX pipelines.
