You’ll Make a Difference By

Purchase order creation/modification , Invoice resolving discrepancies and other Procurement related activities viz periodical Reporting’s etc.
Effectively service the existing Customer base and protect against service interruptions ensuring on time delivery
Identify opportunities for long term Process improvements and experience in techniques for process and team co-ordination




Effectively allocated work, on time reporting skills and ability to drive team towards targeted user satisfaction score achievement
Should be well versed and able to collaborate with the internal, external teams and customers on the demands/requirements
Use Performance Metrics to manage the Customer Service Delivery process. Work with Manager and correct any issues with Customer Service Delivery.
Monitor process quality and Compliance with Internal Controls to ensure achieve quality audit standards.
Achieve productivity targets as agreed with Customer.
Metrics to ensure results are achieved.
Processing activity consists of documented policies.
Escalation Management.
Other responsibilities and job contents as later identified by the department Manager.
