Role Description The HR Generalist Executive is a full time remote role responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resources activities across the organization. This role includes handling HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates,



attendance and leave management, and payroll-related coordination. The HR Generalist Executive will manage employee relations by addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, coordinating engagement initiatives, and helping resolve workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves implementing and communicating HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines, and supporting audits and internal controls. The HR Generalist Executive will collaborate with managers and leadership on recruitment support, data reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
