Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Work on Sales and Customer Service modules
Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows




Build and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
Hands on power automate and integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements

Required Skills

6–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Valuable understanding of CRM Security Model and Data Model
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
